Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Parrot Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may handle personal information when you visit blueparrotagency.com or contact us. This is a starter policy and must be checked against the actual tools and processes used by the business.

1. Information you provide

If you contact us, you may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, destination preferences, approximate travel dates, group details, budget range, and the contents of your message. Please do not send payment card details, passport numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through an ordinary inquiry form unless a secure, appropriate process has been provided.

2. How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to your request, discuss travel options, prepare or manage a quote or booking if you proceed, communicate important updates, maintain business records, protect against fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not describe this site as collecting data beyond the functions actually enabled.

3. Static inquiry form

In this starter version, the contact form prepares an email in your device's email application. It does not itself send form data to a website server. When you send that email, your email provider processes it and the information is delivered to the recipient you choose. Before launch, the owner must configure a monitored business email address or a secure form-processing service and update this notice accordingly.

4. Cookies and local storage

The cookie preference panel stores your choices in your browser's local storage under a site-specific key. This supports remembering your preferences. The template does not currently install an analytics or advertising platform; the optional analytics and marketing switches record your choice but do not activate third-party trackers by themselves. If you add such tools later, update this policy, configure consent blocking, and identify the providers and purposes.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the business, respond to your request, or arrange a trip—for example, with travel suppliers when you authorize a booking. Providers may process information under their own privacy policies. The business should list its actual email, hosting, booking, analytics, payment, and customer management providers here before launch.

6. Retention and security

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, applicable contracts, legal requirements, and legitimate recordkeeping. No website or transmission method is completely secure. The business should implement reasonable safeguards and restrict access to personal information.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law, subject to its scope and exceptions. We will take reasonable steps to verify requests before responding.

8. Privacy choices and opt-out

You can reject optional cookies or change your cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie settings” button displayed at the bottom of the site. If the business later uses personal information for targeted advertising, “sharing” as defined by applicable law, or other processing requiring an opt-out, this page and the site's controls must be updated to provide the required opt-out mechanism. The present template does not intentionally sell personal information or run targeted-advertising scripts, but this statement must be verified against the business's actual practices.

To submit a privacy request or ask a question, contact us using the phone number or postal address below. Add a dedicated monitored privacy email before launch if one is available.

9. Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without any legally required consent.

10. External links and updates

External websites have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review them. We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change; the date above will be revised when the policy is updated.
